The first of three half-timbered chalets at a recreational complex in the Carpathian Mountains in the village of Yablunytsia is already in the finishing stage.
One of the most important stages of construction for this half-timbered chalet—the glazing phase—has been completed. This project utilizes a wide range of cutting-edge energy-efficient technologies, as glazing occupies over 25% of the façade and the majority of the building's viewable area.
The interior and exterior wood paneling is nearly complete. Work is currently underway on the exterior and interior finishing with decorative stone. This includes wall segments in the garage, on the first floor in the fireplace area and further along the façade, as well as on the second floor, the right side of the façade facing the main entrance. Simultaneously, interior work is underway to install the stairwell structures, as well as plastering the walkway areas and bathrooms.

The finishing stage of this project is quite complex and diverse, as the design combines a variety of finishing materials. This includes plaster with a distinctively rough application technique, decorative microcement plaster, marble finishes, several types of porcelain stoneware, carpet, and, of course, wood! All of this, coupled with the unique design, creates a unique interior composition that will be remembered by visitors to this complex for a long time.
