The company "Modern Wooden Houses" continues to expand the geography of its projects. We are currently actively working on a new export order — it will be a stylish, high-tech half-timbered house that will soon head to Germany.

This project, with a total area of over 300m2, is an excellent example of modern European architecture. The house features clean lines, a simple mono-pitched roof, and a large area of panoramic glazing.

According to the layout, the space on the first floor is as open as possible: it features a spacious living room combined with a kitchen and dining area. This open-space format, combined with practically transparent walls, blurs the boundaries between the interior and the nature outside.

The second floor is dedicated to a cozy private zone with bedrooms and functional bathrooms. The client's choice of half-timbered technology is interesting but entirely logical. It offers a number of undeniable advantages:

• Aesthetics and openness: The massive, visible wooden frame becomes the main design element both inside and out.
• Technical specifications: The wooden structure house kit is manufactured according to the technical specifications (TU) stated in the German project! The glue mixture, quality and grade of wood, and technological requirements for the process were strictly observed during production!
• Energy efficiency: Thanks to modern technologies of thermal insulation materials and glazing, as well as high-quality timber, the house meets the strictest energy-saving standards, which is critically important for the German market.
• Open layout: The load-bearing function is performed by powerful wooden structures, which minimized the number of internal walls and provided a lot of free space in the rooms.
• Eco-friendliness: The use of natural wood and certified adhesive mixtures ensures an ideal and healthy microclimate in every room.

Exporting house kits is part of the services provided by the Modern Wooden Houses company. It requires flawless precision at every stage — from drawing to packaging and shipping.

We are currently manufacturing a wooden structure house kit for this project. The frame is made of high-quality structural glued laminated timber from coniferous species. Each element has individual cross-sections and length — these parameters are specified with millimeter precision by the wooden structures project (KD). In addition to wooden parts, we equip the set with special metal fasteners according to the metal structures project (KM). The kit also includes dry wood for partitions and fascia boards for roof soffits.

The main value of our approach lies in the flexibility of the configuration and maximum factory readiness. We are shipping to the construction site in Germany not just 62m3 of glued laminated timber, but a fully assembly-ready house kit! All joints are already accurately cut at our production facility, and the necessary connection elements are included in the kit. Thanks to this, the process of "on-site installation", which is the principle by which our house kits are assembled, turns into putting together a large, high-precision construction set, which significantly saves time and guarantees quality, assembly speed, and the reliability of the foundation of the future home!

An interesting feature of this order is that to the standard list of certificates we usually attach for export, namely: a) ST-1 Certificate (on the origin of the wood) and b) Phytosanitary certificate, another one has been added this time - c) Eurocertificate!
